It was a pleasure working with you and it convinced me that collaborating with an experienced real estate professional like you was definitely the best way to go when I was searching for a condo to purchase.
Although it is tempting in this DIY (" do it yourself ") age to just let the computer do all your work for you, the reality is that you also need someone who can read between the lines that are displayed on the screen---to make sure that you ask the right questions, don't overlook anything that may haunt you later, and get the best possible.
Although I was on a tight budget and was not making a large purchase as fas home buying goes, I appreciate the fact that you took the same care and exhibited that same patience that you would have for someone buying a million dollar home. I also appreciated the effort you made on my behalf to negotiate the deal with the buyer in ways I never thought of, which saved me some significant money.
